Join us on the paddle steamer De Majesteit (the Majesty), after the second full conference day, to enjoy an evening of networking, while dinner is served in a nostalgic atmosphere. This authentic paddle steamer from 1926 is more than 80 meters in length. With a 750-horsepower steam engine, the giant paddles run smoothly and will take you along many attractive sights of Rotterdam.
The conference dinner can be booked as a supplementary option through our registration portal on the NECTM8 website. This covers a buffet as well as drinks for the evening. Please note that the number of places for this event is limited.
Abstract submission now open!
The Scientific Committee explicitly invites all travel medicine professional groups, such as GPs, nurses and students to submit their abstract to the 8th NECTM. Submitting your abstract can be done till February 28, 2020 through our online abstract submission portal on the conference website. By sharing your work, you increase the knowledge of professionals in the field of travel medicine of attending the conference. Accreditation applied for NECTM8
An application will be made to the "European Union of Medical Specialists - European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education" (UEMS-EACCME®) for CME accreditation of this event for Europe and internationally.
We are pleased to confirm that the conference has been accredited by the Netherlands National Coordination Center for Travelers' Health Advice (Landelijk Coördinatiecentrum Reizigersadvisering, LCR) and has been awarded 14 hours (6 hours for attendance on Thursday or Friday).
